At Adjoint we are building a blockchain EHI repository to operate at the center of a standards based, patient-centric EHI ecosystem. In its current state EHI is inaccessible to patients, vulnerable to cyber attacks, and underutilized by researchers. Our mission is to leverage novel blockchain extensions to eliminate inefficiencies, drive EHI standardization, and give patients unprecedented control over their health data.
