Aaron Smith is an executive and entrepreneur with a thirty year career in growth-stage musculoskeletal companies. He has contributed to value creation in small companies that made successful exits to Depuy/Johnson & Johnson, Medtronic, Abbott Laboratories, and several IPO’s and private equity transactions. Most recently he served as Chief Executive Officer of Artelon Inc., where he joined as sole employee in 2017 and managed through rapid growth and a strategic acquisition by Stryker Corp. in July 2024. Aaron has a BS in Biomedical Engineering and has a particular expertise in market strategy and commercial scale-up.
