Joe Jennings is a litigation partner with Knobbe Martens in Irvine, CA. In his 27 years with Knobbe Joe has represented clients in all types of technology businesses, including medical devices and diagnostics, biotech, pharmaceutical, semiconductor processing, video processing, and optics, to name a few. He has obtained several Top 100 verdicts for plaintiffs and also complete defense verdicts. He has represented clients in district courts throughout the country and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He also represents clients before the U. S. Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Joe has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America for his work in Patent Litigation and by the Daily Journal in its list of Top Intellectual Property Attorneys. He has also taught patent litigation as an adjunct law professor. He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University and a J.D. from Notre Dame Law School.
