Gaile Anthony, a member of the Senior Leadership Council, is the Chief Administrative Officer for Lee Memorial Hospital, one of the top ten joint replacement volume hospitals in the country. Gaile’s responsibilities at Lee Memorial Hospital include Patient Care Operations, Facility Operations, Surgery Services, Neuroscience Services, Orthopedic Services and Trauma. Gaile has thirty-five years experience in various areas of healthcare. She has served as an Educator and Service Line Director for Neurosciences. Gaile is a North Carolina native who received her Diploma in Nursing from Presbyterian Hospital School of Nursing, Charlotte, North Carolina, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wingate University, North Carolina, and a Masters of Science in Nursing Administration/Business Administration from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte, North Carolina.
