Jeff Barnes – joined Oxford Bioscience Partners in 1999 and has over 20 years of operating and investment experience in the life sciences sector. Prior to Oxford, he was a Principal at the investment banking firms of Robertson, Stephens & Co. and Needham & Co. Mr. Barnes received a BS degree in Physiology & Biophysics and an MS degree in Engineering from Duke University, and an MS degree from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
