Bryant Zanko joined Stryker Corporation in 2004 as Vice President, Business Development and is responsible for leading corporate business development for this leading medical device company. Successful activities since joining Stryker include the acquisition of SpineCore (spinal disc arthroplasty) and eTrauma (medical image storage and retrieval system).
Mr. Zanko began his career with Advest Group (Merrill Lynch) and Van Kampen Merritt (Morgan Stanley), where he executed numerous capital markets and merger and acquisition transactions. Mr. Zanko later joined Price Waterhouse (PricewaterhouseCoopers) where he spent eight years in various investment banking roles, including Director, Investment Banking.
In 1999, he joined PepsiCo as Director, and later Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions. In this role, Mr. Zanko directed corporate expansion opportunities and restructurings of the $15 billion Americas food unit for this $25 billion global food and beverage corporation.
Mr. Zanko received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Trinity College and earned his Masters of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
