HELO is a novel, multipurpose tool that optimally prepares the spinal disc space to accept a fusion implant, then is deployed into the disc space as a footprint-expanding implant itself. Single use shaver heads reduce the risk of radical bioburden contamination while also reducing the burden on Sterile Processing Departments.
