1OR Health is a healthcare technology company that verifies surgical case readiness before the patient enters the operating room. The platform tracks every dependency required for the case—including patient clearance, procedural requirements, implants and instrumentation, and vendor support—and verifies completion directly with the person responsible rather than discovering gaps when the patient reaches the room. Surgeons, facility staff, and vendor representatives work from a single shared case status, with unresolved items escalated while there is still time to resolve them. By replacing the calls, texts, and disconnected system notes that surgical teams rely on today, 1OR’s core mission is to reduce preventable delays and last-minute cancellations, protect valuable OR time, and improve the reliability of surgical care.
