Cancellation Policy

MNVC Cancellation & Refund Policy

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to amy2002mnvc@gmail.com.

Refund requests received on or before October 1, 2026, will be processed less the following administrative fees:

Business Attendee: $150

Presenter: $100

Academic / Non-Profit: $30

No refunds will be offered for Reception Only registration.

Refund requests received after October 1, 2026, are non-refundable.

Registrant substitutions from the same organization may be made at any time at no additional charge. All substitution requests must be submitted in writing via email.
