Aaron Johnson is Senior Director of Business Development for Stryker’s Joint Replacement division, where he focuses on strategic growth including mergers and acquisitions across the global orthopaedics portfolio. Aaron has extensive experience evaluating and executing acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and distributor transactions.
Since joining Stryker in 2009, Aaron has held leadership roles across Business Development, Strategy, Marketing and Product Development. In his current role, Aaron completed the acquisition of Serf in France to strengthen Stryker’s European Joint Replacement portfolio, as well as several European distributor acquisitions. Previously, Aaron served in Stryker’s Corporate Business Development organization, where he led companywide strategic planning and supported numerous acquisitions, divestitures, and international M&A initiatives, including Stryker’s acquisition of Wright Medical. Johnson holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Oakland University.
