Orthomod is a medical device company developing a new class of orthopedic implants based on its proprietary Calcium Acrylic Modified Polymer (CAMP) platform, a mineral-containing, microporous polymer designed to combine the structural performance and manufacturability of conventional polymers with bioactive bone integration. The company’s first product, the MOD-C cervical interbody fusion device, received FDA 510(k) clearance in 2026, validating the platform and establishing a regulatory foundation for expansion into lumbar fusion, sacroiliac fusion, osteotomy, and other orthopedic applications.
